Nearly 4 years later and finally have a problem with my 2017 Nissan. Literally just shut down on me in the middle of the highway but apparently most 2017 altimas have faced that problem so no blame here. The 5 stars is because when I got this car as helpful as everyone was and as easy as they all tried to make it of course I was still stressed / anxious but they really did go above and beyond. Couldn’t have done anything else. Other than regular maintenance when needed I’ve never had an issue with my car and of course the only issue I have happens to be a transmission issue so I’m looking to trade it in and get another but scared of Nissans now. Definitely want to try something else. Thank you still for the peace of mind I’ve had all these years. Ava if you’re still there. I remember you like it was yesterday. Your patience and care really did go a long way. I’m hoping the next dealer I go to has a You lol

Charlie my sales associate his manager Trent got me the financing I needed and the worked hard to get it done. Charlie answered all my questions days after the sale. But the excellent customer service did not and there. I use my vehicle for work and I need it a complete registration not just a temporary one so I could get my vehicle approved. I contacted my sales associate he connected me with Dominic one of the managers and they went to work For me. Instead of something that we should’ve taken weeks they got me what I needed in about 24 hours. They could’ve just thrown it in the mail but they didn’t they had it delivered by FedEx. My vehicle is now all approved I am earning money again. I have never bought a car from enterprise but I am sure that I will be back thanks for these people

Eva was awesome! She made a horrible experience of my parked car being totaled into a joyous moment. She was so friendly and professional, and patient to my unique situation. Eva was genuinely happy for my new car. She took the stress out of car buying.
