Enhanced Health and Fitness

I've been coming to Rodger for 7 months. I'm so happy with my progress. Rodger writes out your workout for you and all you have to do in show up and do the work. He's right there with you to help with any questions or correct your form. He's very encouraging and supportive. The gym is clean and bright and the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend joining Enhanced Health and Fitness. This is the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the gym.

Enhanced Fitness is the TOP choice if you are looking for the personal trainer experience in a small group setting. Rodger has got the knowledge and years of experience to help you reach your goals without getting hurt, plus he maintains a chill/casual vibe in his gym. It's great working with a pt who's not bouncing off the walls trying to get everybody all hyped up all the time. VERY price competitive compared to other small group training gyms in the area, but you still get your own personal routine which is kinda rare from what I've seen. Give Rodger a chance and get yourself in shape!

Rodger is an exceptional trainer, and I have been with him for almost a year. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, supportive, accessible, fun, and genuinely cares about each of his clients. He has not only helped me with my physical well being, he has also helped me with my mental well being. And he continues to remind me how they both are equally important. Rodger has become like family (#fitfam) to me, and training with him has helped me get stronger by the day. I look forward to each training session with him, and continuing my healthy lifestyle journey with him by my side for years to come. Rodger is an amazing trainer! This is my first experience seeking a personal trainer, as I needed major help with my workout routine. Rodger is not an intimidating trainer, as he makes sure to take his time and see what works best for the individual. When I first started with me, he quickly pinpointed what I needed to work on, and I also had a lot of back issues. Rodger made sure to create a workout plan that was specific to me, and since working with him, my back pain has gotten so much better! I was afraid that I would quit after seeking a trainer, because he would be too hard on me. But that is not the case with Rodger, as I always feel better after my workouts. He is even great at giving nutritional advice and at home workouts for you, and he never judges you if you mess up! He is here to make you better, and I do not regret my decision to train with Rodger!

Rodger is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with! Having a history of lower back injury, he has developed a workout specifically for me that is safe but challenging. He is very motivational and has encouraged me to do more than I thought I could. I recommend him strongly!
