When I say that Ms. Stoms is an impeccable instructor and mentor, I am not exaggerating. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does and brings so much love and support to any environment you are in. She shows her students not only how to lead by example, but also how to spread kindness and love. I have seen some of the best champions created from her and some of the best leasers created from her. TRUST ME...... you will never regret your experience with this leader run your child's life!

One of my son's first and FAVORITE instructors for martial arts! It is not easy to handle a room full of preschool age children, but she was extremely patient and able to communicate very effectively with them. Amazing!

Let me start by saying that Abby is one of the most experienced martial art instructors I know. She is dedicated to the students and is super great in so many levels! Can’t wait to see her growing this school and for all of you to join her!

Ms. Stoms was one of my first mentors in my martial arts training many years ago and have had the pleasure to train with her on and off for the past 12 years. She is great not just with adults, but with children as well (My kids would recommend her in a heartbeat!)

Ms. Stoms was one of my first martial arts instructors more than 10 years ago and I have never forgotten her impact. She demonstrates all the core ideas of this sport/lifestyle: honesty, perseverance, respect, and so much more. She is an amazing martial artist and a fantastic teacher. Above all, she is an incredible human being. Anyone, regardless of age, would be lucky to and could benefit from having her in their lives and as their instructor.
