I had a huge water link on my condo, I called ServPro Burlington and they came out right away. They were there within an hour from when I called. The technician, Edwin, was remarkable. He was very kind but also very diligent. He took care of everything. He communicated awith me a few times a day until the the 2 stores were dried out. The gentleman Jose Dorta did an awesome job with the demo and clean up all by himself. When he got the call he made arrangements to come to us first as a priority because we were a church Christian Faith Assembly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, hard worker and he made sure he explained everything. I give him 50 stars for his professionalism. Thank you Jose appreciate you and your time!!!!

Eric and his assistant did a great job for the mold in my basement. Eric explained everything he was going to do and he did it well. They cleaned up everything and worked very professionally. I would use this company and recommend their services to anyone. All and all I was very satisfied.
