I purchased a circular saw from one of the big box stores a few years ago and everything worked fine until the blade recently broke. I recently took the saw back to the store to ask for help in removing the stock blade. I was met with blank stares and “we don’t do that” from the “employees”.
After receiving the quality of customer service that I’ve grown accustomed to at the big box store, I called Eckert’s and was told to bring it in.
The guys at the store were able to fix the problem in less than 30 seconds and didn’t charge me at all. They did more to service a product they have nothing to do with than the actual store. That speaks volumes to me.
The next time I have to purchase a power tool, I’m going here. They have my business moving forward.
My riding lawn mower would not start, knowing this is a very busy season for lawn mower repair however Bob got the job done for me, and it was a very fair price. I am very satisfied with the work they did, the turnaround time getting my mower back, the customer service.. It was a very good overall experience I will return and recommend them to others
