My husband and I were shopping for a Polaris Gem electric LSV. We shopped closer to our home, but found the lack of interest in our needs by the salesperson disappointing. We then found Eastern Lift Truck and, more specifically, Alex Busse. He was amazing. Initially we spoke of the phone and he took his time with us answering all of our questions. We then drove up and he further explained all options, pros and cons of brands, models, accessories, etc. We bought our first LSV that day and he delivered it right away (we are over an hour from the store). The difference of service, knowledge, and expertise between the local store and Eastern Truck is just stunning. So happy we found them.
