The MBSR class at The Prancing Peacock was significantly meaningful to me. Brandon helped to create a safe space of acceptance, healing, and vulnerability. It has been truly life changing and I will carry the essence of those experiences with me as I continue on my life’s path healing journey of love and light. Thank you sincerely for your genuineness, kindness, and insightful guidance.
The Prancing Peacock is a lovely peaceful environment to practice mindfulness. MBSR has been transformative for me in coping with health issues, loss and aging. I am able to enjoy my life as it is, and calm my anxiety significantly. I so appreciate the opportunity given by Brandon Lewin and the Prancing Peacock as a local venue vs. traveling a long distance to participate in a MBSR course. Thank you, Brandon, for bringing such a valuable life tool to our area!
The MBSR program requires commitment, but pays off beyond expectations, and one could not ask for a better guide along this path than Brandon. Brandon's warmth, compassion, and skill as a group instructor keep meetings productive and well-paced without sacrificing the opportunity for each participant to enjoy a meaningful, personal experience. Brandon's best teaching tool is his own way of being--open to the present experience of life from moment to moment, accepting of himself, others, and whatever life brings to him.
Brandon is a wonderful teacher of mindfulness. I took a class with him at the Prancing Peacock, and the location was just perfect. I highly recommend his group if you're looking to explore mindfulness and meditation!
Recently I began doing weekly mindfulness sessions with Brandon Lewin who proved to be a kind, patient, empathetic person and skillful teacher in helping someone navigate the waters of mindfulness meditation. With compassion and deep feeling, speaking in a gentle, relaxing yet strong soothing voice he helps you come back to the breath in the present moment. I was impressed with his credentials, as a Qualified MSBR teacher dedicated to bringing mindfulness to others.
