I've been going here often lately and I can positively say this is one of the better diners in the area that is open past 3pm
My group of friends usually get dinners that include the salad bar (and soup). I would like to see them add at least one new soup into the rotation on the day we usually go. I'd also like to see maybe a new salad side too. But I can understand why they budget only certain items
I just don't want to get bored of coming here. The menu is extremely large. Almost too much to choose from on certain days 😉
The wait staff here is wonderful, they are very friendly and approachable. We as a group enjoy seeing our regular waitress (and including the dish ninja, who removes the used plates) hehehe
The owners here are pretty friendly and professional. The fresh baked goodies are always used for some of my guests at my table (as a to-go item)
The pictures are from awhile ago (in the back of the restaurant), I didn't even know these types of birds were in this area. I was shocked!
I love Eagle diner! Such a town staple. Been going here since I was a kid and was out of town for 10 years so I popped by today for breakfast. Very yummy! Nice and hot! And my server was very friendly.
Waitress was very attentive. Food was good. I plan on going back soon.
This very busy diner has an extensive menu, so many delicious choices. I had the western Pork chop lunch special that came with choice of soup or salad. I had the Matzo ball soup. Broth was filled with flavor and the Matzo was light and tasty. My pork chops was grilled to perfection and topped generously with sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. We tried the potato pancakes, they were crispy and creamy middle. The gyro was filled with meat. And the tzatziki sauce was the best I've ever tasted. Coffee was very good. Staff very friendly and attentive.
