We used Duane Mainardi for a new roof and siding. From start to finish, Duane and every one of his employees were the most professional contractors I ever worked with. The quality of their work was outstanding! Kept us updated every step of the way, making sure we fully understood everything and making sure every one of our questions were answered fully and very fast. Duane knew exactly what we needed for the insurance company and made that process painless. The quality of the work was amazing, could not have expected anything better! Work was completed in a timely manner, and their clean up after they were finished was great, couldn't even tell they had been there after they were done. Would definitely recommend Duane Mainardi to everyone I know, and even who I don't know. Call them, it will be the best decision you ever made!

I have been doing business with Mainardi Builders for over 15 year. They installed a new roof on my house, and I was so impressed with the workmanship that I recommended them to my son who had them install a new roof on his house. Both were done to total satisfaction.
I have a house in Cherry Hill, built my Scarborough builders in 1973. The siding is asbestos shingles and they needed to be replaced. I had several proposals for the replacement by contractors, but I chose Mainardi because of their past performance with my roof. I was not disappointed. The entire project was managed to perfection. The materials were delivered on a Monday and the installation team showed up the next day. There was a project supervisor assigned to me who showed up every day, prior to the installation team arriving, to insure everything was in place so the days work would go smoothly. The installation team wore hazmat suits during the removal of the shingles and then went to work replacing any damaged plywood under the old shingles. The siding was professionally installed with an expertise I was not expecting.. It is hard to describe the level of detail that they performed installing the siding. They took no shortcuts and if I asked them to make changes during the installation, they readily complied.
I would highly recommend Mainardi builders for either a new roof installation or your siding project. They tell you exactly what they are going to do..and then they deliver.

Excellent communication and very Professional service by Duane and his team. I had a Roofing damage from the wind storm and it(Fascia metal) had to be replaced as soon as possible. Duane informed me that his team was only available after 2days , but he suggested that he will send out a person to remove the hanging piece so that it doesn't fall down and cause further damage to anything or anyone nearby. So the person came and removed it. And as promises his team of two people came on the exact date & time promised. Both of them were very sweet and focussed. They finished the job in 2hrs and informed me and then left. They were very professional. Duane was very upfront with the price(it was very cheap compared to other's quotes) and time on when they can fix it. It was really helpful and i would highly recommend Duane's service for any roofing services !!!

Duane from Duane Mainardi Roofing LLC is fantastic. Extremely articulate in describing the details of replacing our 22 yr old roof. Duane’s pricing was reasonable and he was not adverse on some points of negotiating.
His crew came at 6:45am and finished the job by 5pm that evening. From beginning to end the roofers paid extreme attention to details- making sure the flower beds were covered, replacing worn or damaged plywood, etc.. The cleanup was spotless. They left not one nail, shingles or other debris behind-spotless.
We were very pleased with the results- work well done.
