Dr Richards and his staff are excellent in every way a patient would like his/her healthcare providers to be. Courteous, efficient ancillary staff. Dr Richards and his assistant nurse, Caitlin, both have a perfect bedside manner and are experts in their field. They put me at ease and made the entire experience a wonderful one!
