I have rented a storage unit (sometimes more than one) for many years with Sentinel Self Storage. I have been very happy with the service and the units themselves. Maria and the staff at Carney's Point are particularly responsive to any questions that I may have. They are not bureaucratic and get things done very quickly. I have been very pleased with the consistency and professional service.

I had my whole house stored at this storage facility and the place was clean well lit and the people that worked there were very nice. They also sell boxes and other moving supplies. The prices were good also I think when I set up an account with them they had a special and I got a good deal. The only problem was when they closed for the night I didn't have access to my things. Once they closed you couldn't get in even with your code# for the gate, so it was a little difficult for me at times because I worked all day, but that was just my situation. I just think it would be nice to have access to your storage unit 24/7. I still feel strongly that this is a good storage facility they really do run a good business and the employees were always very helpful.

Sentinel Storage was extremely accommodating for us. We were able to rent units quickly and had immediate access. Even though we didn't have a definitive game plan when we started our storage process, Maria at Sentinel was always willing to help us work through what we were doing. The facility was clean and safe, and we would definitely use them again without hesitation if ever the need were to arise. Great choice in going with Sentinel!

I've dealt with half a dozen storage places in my life, and this one was by far the best. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about the facility is convenient, safe, and clean. We stored our RV there for about 6 months, and we'd definitely rent space there again if we needed to.

Maria and Donna are basically the reason I store at Sentinel Storage. Friendly service, and great attitude goes a long way. The storage units themselves are top notch! They even offered for me to down size if or when I get rid of some of my stuff. It just goes to show that you CAN run a business, and not try to always sell the most expensive unit (as I experienced myself from other storage facilities in the past).
