Service is always nice here, even when I come with my crazy 2 year old. But Chase really needs to add more ATMs throughout the city or I may need to go back to Wells Fargo. It's inconvenient. And yeah, I can use other ATMs but at a charge each time.

This is a great Chase bank branch! Nice workers and great atmosphere for business and banking. Set up a bank account with a really nice lady, Mrs. Judi. Definitely reccomend this branch for anyone interested in Chase

Great service

This would have been a 1 star review if not for Michael Gathers-Lemar. I walked into this branch at 10 minutes to closing on a Saturday. Normally I wouldn't do that but I was told that it would be ok by a different person the day before.

When I walk in I am greeted cheerfully by Michael. I told him I would like to set up a checking account. He told me they were about to close but he would help me. Then the manager comes over and says no he can not help me. I explained to the manager that I had traveled 35 minutes to get there. Still no go.

Once I told the bank manager I wanted to open the account with 16k cash all of a sudden it was a different tune and he allowed Michael to open my account.

Michael didn't care how much I was opening an account with. He saw a customer who wanted to give his business to Chase. Micheal is exemplifies the renowned customer service that made me look into Chase in the first place.

This young man is a rising star and I hope he has his own branch one day. If you go here ask for Michael and you will be in great hands.

PS. He also called me two weeks after I opened my account to make sure I got my card and that I was enjoying Chase's services. Top Notch.
