Staying at the Holiday Inn @ Hatfield-Lansdale was a last minute decision. Casey was so accommodating. She couldn't have been more kind or professional. I then had to handle some unique business with the front desk and Chiel treated me as if I was his most important customer. He too was kind, personable, and professional. I felt he was truly interested in me!

Great place to stay while we visited family over the holiday. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. We were there almost 3 days but housekeeping staff never asked if we needed fresh towels and they were in the hallway one room down. That was the only issue. We would definitely stay there again.

We had our reception at Holiday Inn in Lansdale PA. It was such a smooth and stress free experience, which I valued the most. Staff was amazing, pleasant, and accommodating. Food was great, venue was nice and clean. We worked with Diane. She is such a darling to work with. I would definitely recommend this venue.
