I rented a 10 by 20 unit in June of 2021. I found the unit clean and spacious. During the next 18 months I stored an enormous amount of items. This week I emptied the unit and found every item in the condition I stored them. No water or humidity damage. During the course of my rental I had several opportunities to interact with Aimee. She was professional yet friendly and always helpful. In summary I highly recommend Storage World.
