Sales team super helpful. Very patient for those of us who have no clue what we actually needed.
Needed goggles and didn’t want to spend a ton. The sales person understood and guided us through proper fit and we were very happy.

Blown away by the excellent customer service I received and the level of knowledge/expertise shared by Brandon who helped me secure a board, boots, and bindings that I love. I feel so excited and confident with my purchase after he spent over an hour with me discussing my preferences and needs, and providing a number of options to consider. Friendly, Knowledgable staff and a great selection. They’ve helped troubleshoot equipment issues on equipment they didn’t sell. They’ve advocated for repair, when I was initially on the fence.

To those have been at it for years, like myself, having a reliable shop that you know will take care of you is becoming harder to find. D&Q has always been there for me, maybe they can be there for you as well?

Great place with lots of staff that have mad skills! Tim fit me for new boots - he took the time to find out what kind of skier I was, assessed my feet and how I stood, and then explained why he picked the boots he did. He took the time to set up three pair for me to compare and didn’t rush me through just to get to the next sale. He made sure I felt comfortable in what I picked.
