Highly recommend his services for he is patient oriented and explains each test and procedure in great detail and clarity.

When I was having Cardiac concerns Dr. Richter’s office got me an appointment within 2 days. Dr. Richter was kind, compassionate and listened to all my complaints during a meeting that lasted most of an hour. (I think he gave up his lunch time.) His office staff patiently worked with me to get me follow up testing within a week. I’m a difficult patient and he and his staff never lost patience with me during this stressful time. I would heartily recommend Dr. Richter for any of your cardiac issues.
