I have been a customer of Diane's and Sean's for years, they have always provided good service ( although I have very little needs to speak with them ) and have been very helpful join the rare instance that I needed assistance with my insurance. This week I was contacted by Sean to let me know he believed he could help reduce my coverage expenses for the same policy. After a thorough phone conversation, Sean was able to offer me equivalent coverage to what I had for less! I know this is not typical and was a result of no accidents, all policies thru NW and a good credit score, but who ever gets a call from their agent offering to reduce their insurance expenses? Looking out for clients while they are still your clients is a great way to earn clients for life! This is a firm who has earned my trust, and I believe they would do the same for you!
