Gary is extremely kind and fair - he picked up early Saturday morning and was very helpful talking me through a basement pump issue, helping me to troubleshoot the problem without having to come out to inspect in person. As young home owners, we appreciate Gary's professionalism and honesty and will be calling him first anytime we have plumbing issues going forward.

Y'all Gary is truly one of a kind! I found him on Google. At the time he had over 25 plus google reviews with I believe a 5 star rating. So, I gave him a jingle and let me tell you, I am so glad I found him!!

While he wasn't able to help me at the time with my job for my rental, he referred a couple of local plumbers that he trusted. I met with one of them, Bill from 3D Plumbing. OH MY WORD! Bill was amazing. He gave me a fair quote and his team did an outstanding job.

To boot, because Gary is very much someone who takes care of people and has the upmost integrity for what he does. When I chose to go with Bill and his plumbing company, Gary has made follow up calls with me to ensure I was taken care of!

Then, recently we had a leak at our primary residence. Gary responded in a timely manner and came out and fixed the issue in no time. True to Gary and who he is as a person, he not only fixed our problem, but when I spoke with him, he made sure to ask about my husband and mother in law.

Gary is not only a treat to talk to, but he is honest and fair. Something that is hard to come by these days. I highly highly recommend reaching out if you have any plumbing needs!

I called Gary at 10 this morning about a drain blocked. He troubleshot the issue over the phone. He said for me to call the borough because they could possibly fix my problem. I had the borough out and they tried but could not fix so they said to call a plumber. I called Gary back and he came out within 2 hours and had my main sewer line cleared in less than an hour. I would recommend Gary, I actually work for a company that does Plumbing but they could not get out which makes Gary getting out so soon that much more extraordinary.

I was in a bind on a Sunday afternoon after an estate sale operation ran my mom's house out of TP and improvised with baby wipes which clogged the main drain. Gary offered free advice to inspect the cleanout at the street, which was overflowing, and directed me to call the police department that dispatched the on-call town sewer tech who remedied my situation within 30 minutes for *free*. Gary didn't have to do that - he could have come out himself 4 hours later and charged me $750 to do it himself. Very helpful and very honest - cannot recommend strongly enough - many thanks!!
