My heater was making noise on a cold day so I was immediately concerned that it would soon break or not work. My husband was out of town so unable to help. I called Dennis Lasassa Jr. Plumbing and within an hour someone was at my home. His name was Billy and he immediately knew the condensate pump needed to be replaced. He made the repair in a timely and professional manner. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Service was provided in a very professional manner from start to finish of our septic and drain issues. John was cordial and professional from his arrival to departure. Work was done with skill, care and diligence. Was impressed with effort to keep the area serviced protected and clean, as well as the friendly service. I really appreciated to them.

DLJP was a referral via Waterproofing4Less(great service too). I contacted DLJP explain that my septic system stop operating (I noticed standing water in the front yard). Their technicians were dispatched the next day and discovered (after extracting the wastewater) the pump no longer work and required replacement. They explained the work to be done and cost. The following day, they returned and installed the new pump. They were thorough with their work and clean up after installation and check out of the system. Thank you John and Andy for performing a great job ! I will recommend others of your services.

Called for urgent septic inspection. Got Dennis directly on his cell. he told me he could route a guy to the property later that day and he did so! But he said to call Jenna at office to get quote and payment info. She wasn't at the office. Someone else answered but said she'd be back soon. I had to call back 3 hours later and I reached Jenna and she said she never got my message. So it was a little tough getting through to the right person at the office -recommend getting an answering machine or service. But when I got Jenna on the phone she was great! Knowledgeable -got my inspection done right away and we paid for it next day with Jenna and had a report that day. Prompt inspection but the office management just needs a little tweaking
