Very easy to get in, almost every time door right away and quick to unload

Staff are friendly. They require a safety vest on property, a must have if going beyond the receiving/shipping office into the warehouse. I could not confirm overnight parking but parking is available prior to appointment time on the front side of the building (street side) in front of all the odd number dock doors. There is a solid yellow line. Parking on the right side of the line along curb. A guard no longer works the Guard Shack. Park and check in between doors 31 and 35. The property is not gated.

Usually in and out within 45 minutes for truck load deliveries of frozen goods. Occasionally there are longer wait times but never horrific.
