Daniel Tavares Academy

I have trained martial arts all my life! I started boxing at four years old. I just finished my third week at Daniel Travares Academy. I’ve trained almost every major martial art and I have done Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 16 years. I should mention I am 66 years old, a lifetime of study. I’ve never been treated so good! I am already a part of the family. The level of skill and the helpfulness of every student is tremendous. They are definitely a Team!!! There are many medals and many trophies. I have never had this much attention from a Professor in my practice! If you have a desire to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this is the place for you!

Great academy, Daniel is a great instructor. My son was training Jiu Jitsu for 3 years, was very nervous about starting at a new academy. He immediately felt very comfortable and welcome at the Tavares academy. Three years later he has not only grown in BJJ but also as a person. We found our home for life!
