Dalessandro's Steaks

Was recommended here by my brother. So we decided to try it out after traversing through Philly for most of the day. The line wasn't too long since it was off hours, but the ordering system was definitely geared towards locals. Fast pace, gotta know what you want, line and system in place.

Cheese steaks. We had 4, with and without onions. Mix of cheeses. All were delicious! Best way to put it was, almost no grease and still super flavorable! I get extra cheese at every cheese steak place, I've ever been... and this was the first place I felt that truly had extra cheese. The roll was super fluffy and thick. The amount of meat in the roll was also plentiful. Overall, fantastic cheese steaks.

Price. Super reasonable! I got 2 burgers, 4 cheese steaks, 3 waters, 2 bags of chips, and a beer. $80. Can't beat that.

Just a no-nonsense piece of mastery here. They’ll tell you the wait is 40 minutes, but we only really stood around for about half that. The sandwiches were simple and incredible, from the bread to the pickled peppers. Going to have to suggest piling on as many toppings as possible here.

Really good steak and cold cut sandwiches. I have had both Pat's and Geno"s and Dallessandro's is just as good if not better. Dalessandro's offers so much more than either Pat's and Geno's. Their cold cut sandwiches are off the hook good! Need a cold beer with your food they have a good selection and so much more. I highly recommend Dalessandro's!

Fantastic Philly Cheesesteaks! The roll is packed full of steak! Plan ahead as this place gets busy. You could be waiting up to 30 minutes for your sandwich so I would recommend calling ahead.

Once you arrive wait on the sidewalk and listen for your name and watch for your name on the screen. They will also text you to get in line when your order is ready. This store is CASH ONLY. They have an ATM for your convenience. I would choose this place over Pat's and Geno's any day!

Really good cheesesteaks. Do yourself a favor and call ahead. First line is to place order and second line is to pickup. Place it 20 minutes before you're here and skip the line. Cash only. Good sandwich although the meat lacked salt and tasted kinda watery but the bread was incredible and made up for it. Recommend.
