She totally went above and beyond to help me 3 times, especially when I conveyed to her that I had a bad back and the type of unit that would help me. I will definitely be telling others to see her. You have a great employee in Jocelyn. And her personality is second to none!!! Even feeling a little under, she maintained and awesome smile. She made me feel like I've known her forever. I would like to say about Extra Space Storage, they are great. I made my storage space online & call & confirm. They let me come out & see the storage space to see if I like the size.The price
was reasonable for the size I had. My stuff in the storage was not damaged & they are very clean, they also check the property to make sure everything is secure. The staff, custom service was very nice, friendly & polite. The staff also email you, call you & mail you, so you can keep up with any new updates & changes. When i was leaving the storage, they thank me & said i wish you didn't have to go, we going to miss you & you are welcome to come back anytime, I though that was so sweet. Fantastic storage location. I had reserved a unit for company use for my first time, and they did an amazing job of keeping the process simple and easy for me to understand. Also, both store Manager (Matt) and Assistant Manager (Jocelyn) are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Overall, can not give this location enough credit!

Extra Space Storage (Pennsauken) is clean, has reasonable pricing & the staff is willing to go above & beyond to meet your needs. Furthermore, Matt & Jocelyn are hilarious & very welcoming! I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
