Those 3 people (from the same office) who provided less than stellar reviews for D&M, evidently, like to do the same for everyone else they deal with. You need only look at their reviews to see that. However, they are correct about one thing. I AM very kind. ;)

In regards to the 5 reviews from the same account. For some reason Google makes it impossible for a company to respond to these reviews.

Jessica, 1917, Matthew M are very unprofessional. Please read below and see how they pulled the same SCAM on a different broker the very next day. You need to click on their reviews of other companies to see it.

This carrier was not overloaded. The driver asked the shipper to have the load a certain way and wound up over weight on an axle, not over gross. It is the drivers responsibility to show the loader where he wants the freight on his flatbed(We are not loading vans here) We were called by Jacobin Logistics / 1917 dispatch later in the afternoon and they told us he was over on an axle. We asked to have the driver come back so we can have the item moved so he was not over weight on his axle. At this point one of the dispatchers ( Matthew Morgan) called our office using explicit language and making threats. Telling us we have your load, we are in control and we want more money. Both he and Jessica Renyolds assured us that if we did not give them what they wanted they were going to "Trash our company" on Google. As you can see that is what they did from 4 accounts that they have.
We finally gave them more money to come back to the terminal, at which point we unloaded them and sent them on their way with their ransom.
The kicker is, they loaded out of the same place that day and pulled the same Scam on a different company. Go back and read their reviews. They Scammed Buchanan Hauling and rigging that same day.

We have been around a very long time, and we do not operate like they say we do.
