If you looking for a fun workout, this is the place, the staff and instructors are amazing. They treat everyone like family. It is great for any part of you fitness journey, no judgement here, just great music, great theme rides. They also take the current pandemic seriously, and make sure the studio is kept clean. Come and enjoy!!
I joined CycleBar about 8 months ago. After that first ride I was hooked! I go almost everyday, sometimes twice! Every instructor is amazing! From their workout routine to their playlist.. even though challenging I love every sweat dripping second of it! The staff is amazing as well, the studio is immaculately clean and when I was new they helped me get set up until I was comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this community!!! And adding in their spin classes help me loose a lot of weight!
This was my first experience with any type of spin class. I highly recommend taking advantage of their free intro class because it took the first ten minutes (of the intro) to learn how to correctly adjust the bike and how the shoes snap into the pedals. It would have been awkward during a class with people that know what they're doing.
When they first opened, I tried to reach out and ask questions but there is no phone number and when I tried to stop in to ask questions while at the mall the storefront was closed. I finally just signed up for the intro online and went.
Jamie was the instructor for the intro class and she was high energy but very patient. I will definitely be trying again now that I know what to expect.
Update: I went back for a full length class. I had Utley as the instructor and he was high energy but less intense than Jamie. I think for a first timer, I'm glad I had him. He was also very patient and helped me when I couldn't get the shoes to clip in.
