Crossfit Newtown

My son Keegan Michael (10 y/o) more than loves CrossFit Kids @ NSC. The program is a perfect complement to his travel ice hockey schedule. The coaches are highly credentialed, and are able to focus with him on further building strength and agility that makes him stronger when it comes to being on the field or ice. And, I don't have to worry about him getting hurt while lifting weights @ home or unsupervised. Highly recommend!

I have dropped into CF Newtown half a dozen times (I don’t live in the area) and have always had a great experience. The coaches are great and Matt, the owner, is super friendly. He really creates a welcoming environment to newcomers and you can tell he’s built a great member community. They also follow a solid CF program, which means their workouts are top notch and I always leave feeling like I put in work. Highly recommend!

Our family loves CrossFit Newtown! They have knowledgeable, experienced coaches that are able to help us accomplish our goals. My kids enjoy going to their class every Saturday morning. It increases their confidence and allows them to build healthy habits in a safe, structured environment. I was nervous about starting CrossFit, but after my third pregnancy, I really wanted to get my body back. The community was so welcoming, and the coaches are experienced and were ready to help me work on my goals. Best gym ever!

The kids program at Crossfit Newtown is exceptional! I've watched my 7 year old transform, both physically and mentally. He's gained confidence in his skills while having fun with new friends. The coaches are super attentive to form and always encouraging. This program is a great way to introduce kids to fitness as well as a perfect compliment to other youth sports.

I have never written a review 💜 I feel grateful to Coach Matt for his guidance of health and positive body image to my 3 daughters. Their ages are 10, 13 and 15. We began our fitness program with Matt 2 years ago as fitness was opening again. We were covid couch potatoes and he developed an enthusiasm regarding exercise and now we build our schedule around it. They are both confident and have self pride. I love Coach Matt for his positive influence with my daughters. 💜💜💜
