Crossfit Huntingdon Valley

Had a great drop in here. Did a partner WOD for a Saturday morning lift which was intense. The coaches are super friendly and make sure you know what you're doing.

I found this place by randomly following them on FB a couple years ago. Last year, I was in excruciating pain and literally could barely walk for months. I had no energy to even walk to the bathroom or do basic tasks...and my body was in full revolt. I saw a random post one day from HVCF and decided to call and set up an appt. Katy quite literally saved my life! I owe everything to her for her vast knowledge patience and dedication to fixing me. I am forever a HVCF fangirl for life now! It's more than just a gym or a crossfit space. She did what no chiropractor, doctor, surgeon, PT could ever do for me in 4+ years of bein in debilitating pain! **SO THANKFUL**

I love this gym! It’s a great facility with lots of equipment and space to do whatever workout and accessory work I need. The coaches are top notch, I am not super advanced or super fit and I came here with an existing injury so they helped me find some other options for some of the moves. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the coaches check in ahead with me to make sure I am set for any help I need with a move or something I am still learning so I can complete it as part of the workout of the day. They have the BEST commitment to warmups re mobility I have seen in any CrossFit Box I have been to, there is ALWAYS a strong focus on mobility as part of the WOD warmup. Jenny is great leading classes, always having everyone introduce themselves and share some motivating thought at the beginning of class. It’s a great, uplifting and supportive community. The owners, Brian and Katie are some of the most knowledgeable, supportive and quality people you’d ever want to meet. What a great, great Box! I live this place so much that I bring my family members who visit from out of town to workout when they are visiting and they are impressed with this Box too.

I came into cfhv 3.5 years ago ... not knowing what to expect and a little scared to try it out. Over the years this place changed my life - from welcoming, informative, and specialized coaching to the awesome community of people. I found friendship, experienced incredible fitness gains, and am overall a happier more balanced person because of this gym. Couldn’t love it here more and am so grateful to the owners and other members who make this place so awesome.

I have been a member at CFHV for over 4 years. I have always considered myself an active person, but Bryan and Katy's staff opened my eyes to a whole new level of fitness. As an adult, I missed getting excited about working out. I fell into the same routine of running and was content with what I was doing but rarely ever felt "joy" from the activity. Four years later, I feel like a new person physically and mentally. Going to CFHV for a workout is one of my favorite things to do. It is a part of my day that I get to spend with people I love and doing movements I never thought I would be able to do. I am stronger now than I was in my 20's and early 30's and I am looking forward to what I'll be able to do at the next class, next year, next decade.
