CrossFit Delaware Valley

I cannot say enough good things about the gym and the environment the coaches, owner and fellow gym goers have helped cultivate here. I have been going for about two months now and have only become more motivated after each class to keep coming back. I have physical limitations as well as 'can't quote do that yet' limitations and have always been able to discuss what I can do and what I can try to do with the coaches. The fellow members are super friendly and inviting. Even if you don't know someone they are bound to come up and introduce themselves which makes coming back all the easier. The gym is its own little village and has made it a great experience so far.

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and was searching for a new gym. Joining a new gym can be intimidating, but Rob and all the other coaches at CrossFit DelVal were so supportive and welcoming. The coaches are super knowledgeable and make sure you're using correct form, pushing yourself and reaching your goals. I've met so many of my fitness goals and have gained a ton of confidence. I genuinely look forward to working out here. Highly recommend!

I have been going to DelVal for just about a year now and absolutely love it there! I never did CrossFit prior to joining the gym so I was a little hesitate to join but the coaches and everyone there helped me out from the beginning and the gym has a great community feel to it! The coaches are very friendly and always help with the movements/workouts if you're not sure how to do something. Love it here!

When I walked into this gym 5 years ago, I never expected it to fully change my life. I never expected it to be in such an *amazing* support system. I have learned so much from how my body moves, how to fuel it properly and am so grateful. Each class the coaches take time to show you movements and make sure your form is correct. Or how to properly scale a workout.
From the coaches, to my fellow athletes, we all cheer each other on in class and even out of class. I am grateful for everything I’ve learned here and the connections I’ve made!

CrossFit DelVal is a truly stellar place to get healthy & fit while surrounded by an amazing supportive community that loves to see each other succeed. This gym has veteran CrossFitters as well as newbies but we all mesh together, work hard, and have fun doing it!

The coaches are top notch, and help you focus on your individual goals even in a group setting. Having a coach that knows you and cares about your success is a game-changer. I'm so glad to have landed here at my new CF home.
