when i called to get an update on my repairs, the person on the other end was thorough and informative. on both visits to the shop, they made sure i was attended to quickly. and, finally, my car looks BEAUTIFUL(!) and drives well.

another reviewer mentioned that bill wasn't friendly--or something to that effect. in my experience, he's simply a no-nonsense professional that knows well how to do what he does. and he does deliver!

this is not the place you go to haggle and navigate shady salespeople. this is truly a professional organization. and it is business from start to finish.

p.s. you should expect that, in some cases, your car will be driven a [small] few miles. how else can they make sure it works and that nothing was damaged in the process?
