Recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and had a great experience start to finish. I worked with Gideon who was pleasant start to finish and made the process easy. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the friendly staff was a big factor in my purchasing with them.

My search for a truck with basic 4x4, off road capability seemed to becoming more and more futile for whatever reason. However, during my countless hours of truck research I saw that Nissan had redesigned the tried and true Frontier. I was intrigued and I liked what I saw. I was excited about seeing the truck and I became even more excited when I walked into the Conicelli showroom. All the staff were incredibly friendly from the start, and in a very brief moment, Justine Pearson introduced herself as my sales consultant and we sat down to talk about the truck. Justine was enthusiastic, energetic and extremely knowledgeable about the truck’s capabilities. Long story short, I was soon holding the keys to a 2023 Nissan Frontier and the keys belonged to me! Very good sales experience, negotiation over the phone was very easy and paperwork at time of delivery was totally correct. Plus new Frontier surpassed my expectations. Cannot do better than that. Salesman did a great job.

I had a flat tire, which because of the wheel locks had to be towed to the dealer. My service manager was Adam. He understood the need to get my car back early enough on Sat, as I had important plans that day. He made sure I had the car by 12:30 and also suggested they remove the wheel locks and replace them with lug nuts so that next time there is a flat it can be fixed without having to tow it, When I picked the car up, he walked me over to it and we had a very nice conversation about what they did and about children. I had to have my car to babysit my grandchildren. I was very impressed at how kind and friendly he was. Everyone there is great too! This was my first time going to this dealership as I am new to the area. I will definitely go there from now on.
