Concentra Urgent Care

5 stars for this place due to the physical therapist I worked with here, Eric Cohen. I highly recommend him as a physical therapist, he’s a good man and he helped me a ton. Not my first rodeo either, I’ve had physical therapy elsewhere…..I recommend Eric. 5 stars.

Got the ball rolling for my surgical team, everything happened quickly and fell into place. I was joyfully shocked!!! Now looking forward to resuming my life!

The staff were rude and were more interested in talking with each other than me. Dr. Brown was even worse. She was rude, condescending and had "0" bedside manner. I hope I never have to go there again and 🤮

12/16/22: It's approximately 4 months later and I was pleasantly surprised by my treatment at Concerta today. I guess, anyone can have a bad day and we shouldn't make overarching opinions of people after one snapshot. Today, the staff were friendly and courteous and Dr. Brown was an absolute gem, who went above and beyond. Kudos to the entire staff. - Antoin Greene

The front desk staff and nurses were very friendly and patient. Nurse 👩🏽‍⚕️ practitioner that attended to me first before the Physician Doctor came was super friendly and amazing 🤩…. The Dr. was amazing quick and easy and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything.

The whole team was very professional and courtesy. And very helpful with my hair and urine samples even though I only had information for one of the test. They helped me with the proper know how and got it done in a time that was surprisingly quick. They were very knowledgeable of what was necessary to get it done and pulled together as a team . They were totally awesome for a person like myself who has and will always be big on customer service. Thanks to them all from the front desk to the teams in the back. Keep up the good work and as team ,and I thank you'll for a great first time experience .
