Complete Care at Voorhees

My brother Anthony Robles has been in Complete Care in Voorhees, for approximately 7 month. When I transfer him out of Hammonton Center Rehabilitatiom .on September 27,, 2022 it was the best move I made. I felt the compassion and love and care at Complete Care.I was introduced to members of the staff. I explained my brother has Special Needs. He does need a lot of attention..My brother can delight your day , with his kindness and smile. I seen Anthony was happy,, I felt i I won the lottery.
After Anthony was neglected , abuse, and knowing issues were swept under the rugs. His last fall at Hammonton Center , in Hammonton, NJ 08037 was not notified to me..
Complete Care is The best nursing home, with great skillful nurse’s and doctor and a professional staffs.
I visited Complete Care quite often, I meet the ladies who run the activities Department’
I found the compassion , concern on all residents , especially in Ann, Rocky and others.
I give many thanks and love❤️to Kalet Jones ❤️Dr. Afines, and other member who take care of my brother Anthony Robles.

The staff and direct Nurse was very attentive to my mom. Everyone was immediately involved in her transition, transportation from the hospital and getting comfortable in the new environment. The medical students walked around and assisted when possible all patients as well as welcoming my mother there. I was able to go over the medication one on one with the Nurse station and team and they were very friendly and responsive. I felt very comfortable and confident leaving her today, 1st day there. I also witnessed the cleaning staff being on point and mopping each room and making it nice for everyone there and anyone coming over. They are also remodeling, so that was nice to see where the money is being place which was revamping into the building and facilities.

My brother is a resident at complete care and he looks good and is happy there. The nursing staff are very attentive to my brothers needs.

I find the people very friendly. Great atmosphere . Pay attention to details when you speak with employees there
