Complete Care at Kresson View

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how impressed I am with Kresson View Center. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly receptionist. The center has a positive, warm , loving and clean environment. The residents are all very happy and the staff whom I have come in contact with are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for the resident and families. Hands down a place that I would recommend to anyone needing short or long term care for loved ones.

We had an emergency in the center today. Families were amazed at how quickly and caring the staff handled everything. Administration came in. All staff worked together…Nursing Management - Maintenabce - floor techs… The receptionist was amazing! The Christmas spirit was alive at Kresson View, despite this situation. Our residents are very lucky. Merry Christmas!!

I have read the negative Google review and I strongly disagree. I started here as a CNA, and then I became a nurse at Kresson View Center working here for 10 years. I left during the transition to Complete Complete care, but came back this past summer after 1 year. All of the staff care deeply for all of our residents. The team here have an open door policy when it comes to all of the residents, families and staff. I would not have returned to my position as an LPN if I thought that the staff had nothing but compassion for our residents. I am proud to work for Kresson View Center.

After reading the latest review it saddens me that an individual would feel this way about our center. As the Therapeutic Recreation Director I along with my colleagues pride ourselves on the care that we give our residents each and everyday. The center is an extension of my family and every resident who comes through our doors is greeted immediately and treated with the upmost respect and cared for in that manner. If and when issues may arise they are handled with top priority with administration and management. Kresson View Center is my second home and there is no where else I would rather be employed because of the treatment that is instilled on a daily basis.

I am the Social Worker for Frank Montgomery. He is a resident at this center and he asked that I submit this goggle review since he does not have access to online submission. Frank stated he has no complaints about this facility. He discussed how his care was very good and stated the nurses and staff were great. Frank discussed how everyone was very nice and that he would recommend coming back here if he needed to. Frank has been to many facilities and as mentioned above would have no reservations about returning here.
