I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. He has been back to check the roof several times since the repair was complete. His work is thorough and reasonable. I highly recommend Cochrane Construction LLC.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Joe Cochrane & his crew do great work & are great people to deal with in every way. I had several bids from other contractors, but it was clear that Joe really cared about me, my budget & doing the job that was required correctly. He is very honest ,upfront & reasonable & will not try to sell you anything that you don't need. He always answers the phone or calls back almost right away & the start date that is promised is the day the work begins & the job is completed in a timely manor. Imagine that.. a contractor that actually keeps his word? The quality of work is excellent as he truly cares about the customer as well as his reputation. Cochrane recently installed my main roof, kitchen addition roof, fixed/cleaned my gutters & also capped/sealed a window & all of the work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL plus he left the property completely spotless. If you're looking for a highly experienced, dependable Roofing/Contractor look no further. The definition of professional. We will definitely use them for all of our future contracting needs.

Was very pleased with Cochrane Construction. The work was done professionally, on time, and with nice attention to detail. Mr Cochrane was very helpful in explaining the questions I had regarding the work and kept me updated constantly during the roof installation. I have a garden running around the perimeter of the house and the crew was very careful and didn't damage them at all. The crew got the roof replaced in 1 day and spent hours cleaning up the property of all roofing debris even though it rained hard on that afternoon. I would definitely recommend Cochrane Construction for their excellent service.
