The staff there are pleasant and professional.Me and my daughter didn't have to wait long to be seen .
In the beginning I was irritated b/c it takes long for anyone to come open the door. The lady at the front desk should try not to be on her personal phone no matter how slow work is, at least when patients are in the facility. At first receptionist seemed to have an attitude when she first sat down but eventually changed her attitude around. Staff is nice. I’m surprised they stay open as late as they do but it’s convenient for people who get off work and need to come in. I feel like security guy just sits there in the corner not sure if his job is to open the door for people since the door is locked or what but I did not even know he was security until I saw the back of his shirt. The only reason why this place does not get 5 stars is because it’s so small and there is not much privacy when it comes to patients personal business especially when someone is checking in you can hear all their information and what they are there for. Also when things are going to the lab the staff voices can be heard in every room about what the lab results are testing for. Thankfully what I was there for was nothing embarrassing or something that is a secret but it can be uncomfortable for other people. The doctor or practitioner is nice and at least he shuts the door when speaking with u. That was the most privacy I felt in the place. The bathroom should have paper towels and mkre toilet paper and signs saying please don’t lock the door make it feel like no privacy while using bathroom not sure what that is about. I wonder how different the facility is during the day compared to the night. Overall they do show that they care
