I have multiple account with Citizens Bank (personal and business). One of my accounts was overdrawn after I forgot to do a money transfer. I received a text alert from the bank letting me know about the overdrawn account so I could fix it. Then they automatically refunded the overdrawn fee without me having to ask. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE and will keep me with Citizens. -
