Started here about 6 months ago as away to get back in shape post pandemic and could not be more happy with the results. In addition to great classes they also have the best staff and customer service. Every question I have asked has been answered with knowledge and any accommodations that I have requested have been met. Could not recommend more!

I started Club Pilates a little more than 6 months ago, and I have never felt stronger or more confident. The team they have is kind to beginners. They’re also not scared to give you a challenge. Pilates is totally worth it, not only for the workout but for the kind people you meet at the studio.

I started Pilates about 7 months ago. My wife started weeks prior and suggested it would be great for my back. I am very stiff and wanted to restart playing tennis after 12 years of inactivity.

This was the best decision I made for my health and for my love of tennis. Not only my everyday quality of life improved - I sleep much better, I have more energy, I feel great doing work around the house - but my tennis playing became a lot better.

It took me a couple of months of Pilates and playing to be back in shape and to the level of tennis that I can be competitive and really have fun on the court. My game improved, my serve got much better and ground strokes are effortless now. I realized after several months into Pilates that I use my core much better. The result is that I don’t feel any pain during of after playing. I can get the shots were I want them.

If you are in your late 40s - or any age truly, and are seeking a fitness program that can work in hand with your tennis (or golf, as I was told), Pilates is an excellent option for you.

Club Pilates in Conshohocken or its sister in Springhouse are awesome. The instructors are fantastic. They work with you and your level. They push and encourage you to grow and improve the level of exercises you do. I thought I would never be at the level I am today. But each one kept encouraging me. There is an abundance of classes to chose from. The environment is great and fun!

I don’t think I will ever stop Pilates. It is a great way to keep your body healthy.

I joined here on the advice of my chiropractor to ease the pain in my knee and to avoid a knee replacement. It sure has worked nicely. I am on my way to 400 classes and feel great.

The instructors and staff are all first class and I look forward to each session. Plus I have made many new friends.

I joined Club Pilates Conshohocken in August 2020. After 5 months of working from home, sitting at my quarantine computer all day, I desperately needed some intentional movement and stretching. Having done pilates in the past, I knew it would be just what the doctor ordered. My first introductory session was lovely - everyone was very kind and welcoming. Since that first session, I've been attending 3-4 classes per week, and have continued to love it. The instructors are great! They have different styles, but each is clearly an expert in the field, and every class is an excellent and unique workout, so I never get bored or have a chance to think 'oh, this again.' One of the things I've been most pleasantly surprised and impressed by is the diversity in the studio's membership, in terms of age, ability, ethnicity, AND body type. I'm definitely more Lane Bryant than Lululemon, but I've never felt alone or judged in classes. There are accommodations for every exercise, and a frequent refrain across all the teachers is "do what feels right for your body today." I love watching how my body is changing in strength and ability, as positions that were impossible to hold 4 months ago now come relatively easily. If you're curious about pilates, or if, like me, you tried it before and then it fell off your radar, I highly recommend Club Pilates Conshohocken. They offer a great array of different classes at convenient times with excellent teachers in a welcoming AND safe (even in a pandemic) environment.
