My husband and I brought my 2020 Tiguan in for a problem that another VW dealer could not find. Khern Springer was the service advisor who helped us with this issue. It was an issue that was more involved than something easy and simple. Khern was amazing right from the start on the phone, to when we arrived. He is the best service advisor we have ever dealt in the last 20 years. He cares, he communicates perfectly, on top of everything, he is the best of the best, and that is the reason for the five stars. VW is lucky to have somebody like this representing them !

As a lifelong (50 year) VW owner, I have dealt with a good number of Service Depts throughout the Tri state area. That having been said- I have had the opportunity to interact with many service advisors. Over the past two weeks we have had both our Golfs in for extensive services at CH VW. Khern Springer, our advisor on both vehicles has been absolutely top shelf! Constant communication, updates, and knowledgeable clarification is what I want in an advisor, he delivers. VW is lucky to have him.

This review is for the service department My ac stopped working on my vw golf. My regular mechanic and a local VW specialist couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally went to the dealer service department. It was a great experience. Easy to schedule the repair, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem. Got the parts needed and fixed the issue. They even paid for my lyft back home after I dropped off my car. The repair wasn't cheap, but it wasn't terribly expensive, and they solved my problem - which no one else could. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up. Overall very good experience, recommended for VW service.
