We came in to dealership to purchase a new vehicle and trade in our existing one. Our sales person Tom was so knowledgeable, helpful and he has such a warm and pleasant personality. For the first time in our vehicle purchase experience we did not feel pressured, or had to spend all day in the dealership to complete the purchase. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience with Bob Gale the sales manager. He was willing to work with me over the phone saving me multiple trips down. Very friendly and transparent about pricing. There was no nonsense at financing and no hidden fees or add ons. Would do business with them again for sure. They helped me get into the ID4 I was hoping for, and provided all requested service records and vehicle history.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I came to VW feeling discouraged and apprehensive. However, as soon as I walked in the door I knew I would leave happy. Malik was on point throughout the entire experience, he made it all so easy and painless. Pete in finance also was great, he was easy to talk too and explained everything perfectly. So it’s safe to say I no longer have dealership anxiety! I couldn’t be happier with 2022 Tiguan and my new dealership :)

It’s been about 2 months since I purchased a 2022 Tiguan from this dealership, and I’m still thrilled! I love the car; I was really pleased with the inventory available. Angelo was my salesperson, and he was wonderful. He was thoughtful and attentive, asked me about my employer to check for any corporate discounts (I had one!), helped me obtain insurance (because I had been living in a city without a car for 7 years), and was budget conscious and showed me lower cost models than what I thought I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, which is absolutely not the case at all dealerships.
