I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 from this dealership this past weekend. Upon arriving to the dealership I spoke to the girl at the front desk who was great, she then assigned me to Tyler See. Tyler was a key component in deciding wether to make a deal with them or walk away and he hit it out of the park going above and beyond to get me answers to my questions or just speaking on a personal level outside the deal. Very comfortable with the vehicle provided as well as the entire staff I was in contact with, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at buying a vehicle.

This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Chapman Ford/Jeep. Always the best customer service. Dealt with James Russell and Steven B Wepryk for 2 of those times and the process couldn’t be smoother. Steven B got us great financing rate and James showed me things on the car that I didn’t know even though I thought I did my research. We most definitely will go back there for service and again when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

This past service was a little more involved the the previous ones and Raven was beyond helpful and got everything done in a very timely, friendly and professional manner. Joe and the ordering team at Chapman are amazing, I placed a Ram TRX order with them back in January at a far better price than any of my local dealerships were able to do. I am not the most patient person and was so excited about the truck, I asked the ordering team for like 100 updates and they were always great about getting back to me. On pick up day, it was by far and away the easiest most painless process I have ever had when buying a car. I was in and out within 30 minutes and on my way with my truck.
