Arrived here about 11 :50am on Saturday, Feb. 25 and there were a number of cars in the lot. However, the service from start to finish was efficient and very timely. The site itself is very clean and orderly which gives such a good impression when one arrives.
The nurse, lab technician and Doctor were all very professional and I felt confident that I would be helped. Did a urinalysis and blood work and discussed the results when completed.
Left about 1:15 pm and had script to pharmacy and 2 scripts for ultrasound studies.
Cannot say enough good things about my experience at Patient First -Voorhees.

The physician, medical assistant and x-ray technician were so friendly and very kind. I was not feeling my best and they were listening to the events of last week, how I came to be sick. I was impressed with their bedside manner. It is good to know that such nice people work at Patient First. The registrar was very kind too. Wonderful staff working that Sunday.

I came in on Christmas Day expecting to wait long and while I did the staff was friendly, attentive, and caring. The attending, Syed who took my vitals and got me settled had amazing bedside manners and was very professional. He made me feel better despite the fact that I felt miserable. He genuinely cared and asked questions about me outside of my health making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Whenever I come in the staff is friendly and helpful.

This patient first location is absolutely outstanding; every single time. I moved over the past year about an hour away, and I will still drive to this location for the phenomenal service. From the time you check in to the moment, they hand you your discharge paperwork… This staff just goes above and beyond any normal protocol. They kept me informed, comfortable and even asked if I wanted ice when I asked if they had water. It is seriously amazing to feel so safe, calm, and comfortable when walking in not feeling your best. The PA was so friendly and the lab techs went out of their way to educate me on a few questions I had regarding the x-ray and nasal swab testing. I come here verses the hospital AND my own primary doctor JUST because your team is soooo BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! So thank you!

The staff at Patient First in Voorhees, NJ was very professional and courteous. The physician, Dr. Rosenthal, provided excellent care. She listened attentively to my concerns and ordered the appropriate X-rays relating to my injuries and the pain I was experiencing due to an accidental fall. The doctor’s manner was calming and reassuring. She reviewed the X-ray results with me and provided appropriate medical treatment and advice.
The X-ray technician explained the process well and was very pleasant.
My visit was longer than expected, but the exam was thorough, the staff was excellent and the office was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return for future medical treatment.
