Central HIIT

I absolutely love Central HIIT! You get an amazing workout with a bunch of awesome people! The workouts are tough but super fun. The coaches are fabulous and are always there to motivate you as well as know when you need a little modification. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I could go on and on, but if you are thinking of joining...do it!

After a two year hiatus of not working out , I joined Central HIIT . I am so happy to be a part of this gym/ community . The coaches are terrific. I train with Gina J. and she is awesome. She is very motivating, supportive and focused. Since I had not worked out in awhile , I have had to modify some exercises and I feel completely comfortable going at my own pace. Most importantly , the coaches will tell me if I need to change something I’m doing with my exercise.. correct form etc. It is evident they are passionate about their jobs and they care about their people. Thank you , Jaime for opening Central HIIT. Love this place. Don’t hesitate to join Central HIIT. “Run don’t walk” you will be glad you did:)

I was hesitant to go to Central HIIT because I haven’t been to a gym since before Covid however from my first day Jaime and all of the trainers as well as the members made me feel welcome. The workouts are great and the coaches are all very knowledgeable and motivating. The class times and class length are perfect for my busy schedule. I’m so glad I decided to join as I truly enjoy going. I highly recommend.

What’s not to love about Central HIIT? It is a welcoming environment. Classes vary and are always fun. Suitable for all fitness levels. Easy to pop in, work out, move on with the day. Virtual option is very well done for those who can’t always make it to the gym. The team is always wonderful about providing 1:1 coaching.

I've been going to Central HIIT the past several months after not working out consistently for a long time. Everyone has been very welcoming and provide me with tips and modifications when I need them. I love how the classes are quick and fit well into my busy schedule with 2 young kids. Yet I still get an amazing workout in a short amount of time. It's very motivating! The gym is also kept very clean and neat.
