We purchased our first Chaparral from Cecil marine. Paul assisted us with the purchase and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to making us feel comfortable. The entire process was done electronically and hassle free. The entire staff has been very attentive starting from delivery of the boat, changing out a manufactures defect with the navigation and coming to pick up the boat for winterization. Joe is knowledgeable, professional and provides great customer service. I ordered Volvo Penta maintenance/tune up supplies and received it in Florida in 48 hours. Even with shipping I saved a few bucks. I received a bad fuel filter and Joe sent another out in a few days. I will definitely use Cecil Marine again.

Great business and people who care! I live in Florida and was in desperate need of a specific Yamaha engine part that was on backorder from the manufacturer. I randomly google searched for Yamaha service centers in New Jersey and came across Cecil Marine. I called and spoke with Joe (who wasn't working the day I called, but he still answered). Joe went out of his way to search his database and send me a list of shops around the country that had this specific part in stock.

I recently purchased a new Parker 1801 CC from Cecil Marine. Paul was more than accommodating, promptly returning calls and answering emails. Although the boat I purchased was one of the least expensive offered, and a previous year leftover - I felt that I was still given the same top notch service and respect as they would give to someone making a much larger purchase.
I had already secured financing through my own bank, but Paul was able to get me even more accommodating financing than I already had.
The mechanic walked me through every detail of the boat and its features and maintenance requirements, making sure I fully understood everything before I towed it off the lot.
