They were amazing! They communicated all delays and everything to me every step of the way. On top of the amazing work they did to my car their receptionist was the BEST part of my experience. She was so kind and so helpful. She should get a raise because due to how amazing she was I will only be bringing my car there for any body work! Thank you Carstar for everything you guys are the best!

I got hit head on in an accident with a brand new car I had purchased only 2 weeks prior to the accident taking place. Immediately a feeling of dread fell upon me. I wondered if the car would ever look the same, despite having full coverage, I knew if I had gone to the wrong body shop my once new investment would never be the same. But when I walked in the door of CARSTAR Quality Auto body, all of those feelings subsided. I was greeted immediately by a two representatives, Dan and Tina. Dan right off the bat inspired trust. He assured me of the quality of workmanship of the shop, and put my nerves at ease. Tina walked me through the appropriate documents to sign, making sure I understood everything and she was incredibly patient. In the coming weeks my car would be at CARSTAR, I had no more worries. My car needed a lot of work, but Dan treated me as if I was family. He stayed in touch, explained everything, and kept me up to date on my vehicle every step of the way. With all the damage I had sustained, I was still worried what the final product may look like, until only 3 weeks from dropping my car off, it was already done! An entire week before the estimated completion time. When I came back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, I couldn’t believe it was the same car. It was immaculate. The vehicle had looked in actual BETTER shape than when I had left it! I was instantly blown away. Dan does not exaggerate. He is a man of his word and I couldn’t fathom how such a job with so much work required could be done with that much efficiently. It was like that terrible accident had never happened! The dedication to quality as well as the customer service here inspires me. I’m glad places like this still exist. In a corporate world, you needn’t look further for your next auto body repair place. Today, there’s only one place I’ll ever go to again! If I should ever need their services again, and if there’s ever an accident God forbid, I know with Dan at CARSTAR, I’m in good hands!

They were all around amazing and very professional with their work. I highly recommend using this company for auto body work/repairs. They finished the job done very quickly and the truck looks good as new!
