Customer service was superb! I was informed about timelines, delays and expectations right up front. I was kept current on status and my car was done exactly when they said it would be. And it looked beautiful! Highly recommend!

I would definitely return to CARSTAR in Newtown for body work. (Although I hope not anytime soon :) The process was easy and pleasant. Dina Bicakcioglu is amazing!! She kept me updated on the status of the repair. She is very helpful, thorough and competent. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed on my car, customer service, etc. All around excellent experience.

Excellent major repair from a deer accident. Technician continually submitted and worked with insurance company to ensure all the repairs were covered. Thank you to the all the wonderful Technicians and administrative staff.
