So glad that I went with CarsIndex as a first-time buyer. John worked with me to ensure that the process was smooth start to finish. We all know it's really nerve wracking when you want to go to a dealership to look at a car, yet test drive one when the dealership is in business hours and feeling pressure. At first, I was hesitated and terrified if I make mistakes or making a right choice? But not here, I was helped by John and GM James? he answered all my questions thoroughly and even gave me advice of what I should or shouldn't do, he helped me out so much with my car trade in value that it really made a dream come a reality and was able to work with you to meet half way. I was very pleased that they took a time to talk to me without rushing or pressuring me into purchasing. I have a trust issues when it comes to sales like vehicle and such. They wanted to make sure I am happy and walk out with the right vehicle. I tested two different vehicle but was stuck in between to make an decision. They allow me to test drive both vehicles again twice to ensure that I am more confided in one of the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. Wonderful and nice clean place, great inventory with high quality used cars. I bought a 2020 Honda Civic and couldn’t be more happy. There were some issues at first with the tire pressure, but the problems got resolved and taken care of asap. Everyone is nice and polite, willing to negotiate and work within your budget, the buying process went pretty quick and smooth (thanks Melissa!). John is an amazing salesman, truly cares about making people happy and has years and years of experience. He is very knowledgeable with cars and will help you with any questions/concerns you have!!! I highly recommend, this dealership is outstanding. Ask for John when you go in!
