Absolutely wonderful! My mother had scheduled the appointment and I was bummed to see the car she selected. Nothing was wrong with the car other than minor detailing, but it wasn’t what I pictured driving. Thankfully, Matthew immediately started looking at other options and stuck to every one of my requests. He was able to get another car of interest on site within 2 hours and I fell in love! Matthew definitely has a special place in my heart for making my first car purchase the best possible experience ever. The rest of the team is awesome at making you feel comfortable and getting you out of there in no time!

After having numerous experiences with variety of dealers, CarShop gave me a different experience. The staff were courteous and friendly and they didn’t force me into any agreement, I was given opportunity to browse around and not felt being hunted by predators as most dealers often do. The staff that worked with us despite having an embarrassing credit score and rate, she even gave us an advice to somewhat combat the situation. Our salesperson, Jay was friendly, patient and efficient in helping us get the car we wanted. They gave us a fair amount for our trade in and the financing process was quick and easy. We appreciate their approach to the buying process, compared to what you typically experience at most dealerships. It was as smooth and stress free as we could hope. Highly recommend if your looking for a newer used car in excellent condition at a reasonable price.
