This has become our go-to pool store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They quickly test our water and provide great insight. They even help me bring heavy products to my car - this kindness is a rarity these days!

I love, love, love having Carlton Pools as my pool maintenance guys! I've had to make a few calls to them already this year, just because I was concerned about a little bit of chipping on my pool deck. They said they'd come right away the first time I called, and they arrived time and with a smile on their faces as always. Well, wouldn't you know it, they took a look at my deck and just to make sure uncovered the pool and it turned out there was a critter infestation on the inside! They said they'd come back to take care of the issue and a week later it was all taken care of. They'll be opening my pool for the reason soon and I can't wait. Thank you!

Carlton Pools recently installed a gorgeous indoor pool in my back yard. I am very happy with the turnout. It absolutely takes my breath away when I look at it from the second floor of my home each morning! I am glad I followed through with their services despite some of the reviews I saw online. I guess not everyone has a terrible experience after all.

I had no idea where to start and their professional staff helped me every step of the way. They helped me pick a shape and figure out the exact place it should go in the yard. It was built on time and all the builders seemed to know exactly what they were doing. My pool looks truly amazing! Lots of thanks to this company and their pricing was very reasonable. Now I rely on Carlton Pools to maintain my pool via a service agreement. Great customer service every time!
