CareOne at Evesham has a team of very communicative professionals. Whether you are looking for updates from the nurses, social workers, therapists, the business office manager, admissions director, or even the administrator, the entire team is always working to make families/patients comfortable and feel at ease during their stay. I have been an employee with CareOne at Evesham for about 4 years and can speak to the high level of response to any and all questions. Patients leave excited to have reached their physical, occupational, and speech therapy goals. The therapy department is ran by a very experienced Director of Rehab, who oversees the team of therapists and has been with Evesham for many years. Our Director of Nursing manages all nursing staff and has been a regional nurse with CareOne, but specifically assigned to Evesham for a few years now. We all work together to ensure the best possible outcomes for the patients we care for. Care conferences are held by our social workers with families and patients to make sure everyone is involved in the plan of care and on the same page!
