Caliber Collision

From the start my experience was 10/10. Leaving I would say they exceeded the 10/10 and got to a 15/10! Reception was amazing, and so kind. She got me settled with a rental quickly and I got to return the rental right at the shop. This was the most hassle free experience, which is so important when dealing with multiple insurances.

Fast, reliable, and clean work!! My car was backed into on a Sunday- they got me in the day after the claim was placed, and my car is back in my hands on a Friday. They kept me informed, and even detailed my car- something I had no been expecting. The new bumper looks amazing and the car runs even better!

Caliber Collision is a top notch repair service. They kept me informed on the repairs being performed through daily text updates. They completed the repairs earlier than the original estimation and they handled all communications with my insurance company. My only wish is that they performed mechanical repairs as well, because I would 100% bring my vehicles there. Completely satisfied customer.

This was the best experience! The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My car looked amazing when I got it back, the service was fast as well. I don't think I can speak highly enough of the staff, in fact I wish I could rate the experience more then 5 stars.

This was the first time ever needing collision work to my car. This happened at the worst time, and I was frustrated and emotionally drained that I was going to have deal with all of what comes after car damage. Caliber made it easy from the very beginning. Megan was on the ball, she got me set up with enterprise so all I had to do was show up, drop my car off and enterprise was there to pick me up to pick up my rental. Caliber kept me informed the entire time with the progress through calls and texts, I was never in the dark about what was going on. They even finished 2 weeks earlier then anticipated (which was super convenient). When it was time for pick up, all I had to do was leave the rental there instead of running to enterprise and making two separate trips. My car was squeaky clean inside and out when I picked it up. Thank you all so much for making my life easier during a frustrating time!!
